Above: The Highlander Helpers in their classroom displaying their posters and collection jars. Students made donation jars and distributed them, made posters, and made daily morning announcements encouraging fellow students and staff to donate to their cause. The Highlander Helpers collected funds from all homerooms over a two week period. In total, they raised over $400 dollars to be sent to the victims of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria.
