Celebrities that passed away in 2015

Now that 2015 has passed and the world is taking on the new year, the role models that everyone looked up to should still be remembered.

 

Bob Simon- Legendary reporter and journalists of 60 Minutes died on February 11 in a car accident located in New York city. He was 74 years old at the time of his death.

Leonard Nimoy- Portrayed the role of Spock in Star Trek, Leonard Nimoy died at age 83  at his home in Bel Air California.

Christopher Lee – He died at the age of 93 on June 7 due to respiratory problems and heart failure.

Frank Gifford- The Hall of Fame runnerback and legendary sportscaster died at the age of 84 on August 9. He died of a head that was caused by a brain disease that was found after the most dangerous collision in NFL history.

Oliver Sacks– Twenty one days later, neurologist and author died of cancer at the age of 82.

Wes Craven- Horror film director died on the same day due to brain cancer at the age of 72.  

Jean Darling- As one of the last actors that has lived through the silent movie era, Jean Darling died at the age of 93 on September 4.

Tyler Sash- Four days later, the super bowl champion died at age 27 because of the same brain disease Frank Gifford was diagnosed with.

Yogi Berra- Hall of Fame baseball legend passed away at age 90 on September 22nd due to natural causes.

Caleb Logan– The YouTube sensation and member of the Bratayley family, died of an undetected medical condition at age of 13 on October 5th.

Maureen O’Hara- She passed away on October 24 at the age of 95.
All of the celebrities that the all of us lost spun the world into new perspectives. Their contributions the community changed society entirely and should be remembered forever.
