On Sep. 23 Little Mix premiered their latest single “Move” on BBC Radio. This is the first single the band has put out since their debut album DNA went on sale this past May. So far, the song has been received well and gives fans a hint about what the band’s sophomore album will sound like.
Little Mix is a UK girl band that was created in 2011 on the X-Factor. Their various songs “DNA,” “Wings,” “How Ya Doin’?” and album have been popular throughout the world. The group is made up of Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Jesy Nelson, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
“Move” is unique compared to the other songs the band has released. Jade Thirlwall said in a recent interview that the song is “quite interesting. We started with sounds. Just making loads of quirky noises… and just put the song together.” Filled with random noises and feisty lyrics, “Move” will urge the listener to get up and dance.
In addition to premiering their new song, Little Mix also launched a makeup line on Sep. 25. You can buy “Move” on Nov. 3 or pre-order it now on iTunes.
