For the past three years, Applefest has been voted by the readers of the Herald-Record Newspaper for the top 100 Events in North America. What started off as a simple harvest festival has expanded into being well-known all over the area. The festival featured over 250 crafting vendors, selling a handmade creations from jewelry, stained glass ornaments, pottery, wood carvings, and so much more. With many food vendors, there was quite a variety for festival attendees to choose from. The festival also holds many non-profit exhibits; from free music and entertainment, a farmer’s market, and even a children’s carnival.
